Go A Lisboa, opened on July 8, is the new rooftop in the city of Lisbon, close to Palácio das Necessidades, adjacent to Casa de Goa. Considered the largest rooftop in the capital.
The terrace combines a fantastic panoramic view over the city, the bridge over the Tagus River with gastronomy and its culture.
For starters, the highlights are the eggs Benedict, with bacon or salmon, the “Toast” with beet hummus, avocado and salad, or the “Boat with papaya, fruit, honey and yogurt, the crab croquettes with Japanese citrus mayonnaise.
The octopus with harissa and beet hummus, the aged entrecôte, radish and new potatoes with garlic and rosemary oil, or the bowl of quinoa, avocado, mango, red onion, cucumber, cherry tomato, coriander and tahini sauce, are stars.
But as part of chef Inga Martin’s mission was to enhance the connection, there are also delicacies not to be missed, such as meat or vegetarian samosas and shrimp curry with coconut and spices.
For desserts, don’t miss the panna cotta with orange and peaches reduction, sous-vide pineapple or the mango curd and coconut ice cream.
The drink list is endless. What is no longer so common is to be fully equipped to prepare such as fruit infusions and the 10 signature cocktails that appear on the menu.
Some highlights: The “Smoked Pesto Kindof”, made of mezcal, cucumber, basil and cashew orgeat “Stripper’s Polé”, which mixes vodka, passion fruit, cherry and mint, and the “One in a Melon”, prepared with white and dark, watermelon, sparkling water and watermelon popsicle.
From sparkling wine still highlighted as fresh, made with berry, vodka, passion fruit and mint sparkling wine.
