Inga Martin feels like a fish in water as head of the kitchen in Go A Lisboa, a new terrace opened less than a month ago at Casa de Goa, in Alcântara.

“I really like this type of cuisine”, she says with a smile, referring to the Goan recipes she learned to make with families in that country.

Those who opt for more international flavors will find several brunch items. There are eggs, croissants, compound toast, pastries, yoghurts and fruit.

As for drinks, bartender Lucas Jacques (ex-Seen) suggests 10 original cocktails, and there are also mimosas, smoothies and craft beer produced by the well-known Praxis, from Coimbra.
